Asian Style Chicken Stew


1 chopped onion
1 chopped red pepper
1 T chopped ginger
Baby carrots
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 pound chicken breasts
¼ cup low sodium soy sauce (or gluten free teriyaki sauce)
¼ cup orange juice
1 T corn starch, dissolved in ¼ cup hot water

Place all ingredients except the cornstarch in a crocpot. Cook for 6 to 8 hours. Add cornstarch with 30 min left to cook.
