1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 cup ketsup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon mustard powder
1 tablespoon vinegar
Sautee onion, celery, peppers in small amount of oil. Add the beef and brown. Stir in remaining ingredients.
