Cinnamon Almonds

1 tablespoon water
1 egg white
1 pound of almonds
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Whisk the water and egg white together. Toss with almonds. Add remaining ingredients and spread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 225 degrees for an hour, stirring once half way through.
