Italian Pineapple Chicken

4 boneless sinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup italian salad dressing
1 can sliced pineapple, drained
4 slices provolone or swiss cheese

Place chicken in a skillet over medium- high heat. Top with dressing and cook with the lid on. Just before the chicken is cooked through, remove lid and top with cheese and pineapple. Serve with quinoa.
